I'm tired just from thinking about what you did. Damn, good for you!
wow! good job!
Thank you, POP! Several years ago I managed to get an inguinal hernia by doing this incorrectly.Thank you, Barbie! Its been years in the making and the adjustable ab board is second only to the treadmill in exer equip. The hernia was repaired with white nylon mesh which resembles window screen. It is sutured into place over the torn opening of the inguinal canal. It's just another battle scar!
yeah, by the time i finish my journey and actually become barbie, i'll have a heck of a lot more battle scars. what with 20 lbs of skin that needs to be removed after losing 200 lbs.
Barbie, you took an important step. Follow through and you will win!
Wow, Yoga! I am impressed -- speechless. And wow, Barbie, too! What an accomplishment.
Barbie is one of the few bloggers to whom I look for guidance. She has come a long way and deserves the recognition. Thank you, Crabbi, just trying to stay in shape!
Thank you, David! :) *blush*
Barbie, courage is the characteristic for which I have the most respect. This will be evident at some time in the near future. Date is TBA!
