Not unless his public ratings hit a new low!
Oh, if only it could happen. But there's just as much chance of that as of him being Raptured up to Heaven next week. Just about the same chance. Not impossible, but highly, highly unlikely.
Still, one can hope!
You're right, Mike Brown was in over his head from Go. One might think with the resources available, that he could have been given a less crucial sinecure and a more competent Director appointed to FEMA.
He never will. He's making a difference by signing the only t-shirt that these people have on their backs.
